Does this really work?

Yes. Over the past few years, we have provided thousands of body slimming treatments to hundreds of happy customers. You benefit from our experience and proven track record for results. When you follow our Guidelines for Success with a high level of commitment, positive mindset, and do enough treatments, this really works. It’s a great jump-start to improved health and wellness.


When will I see Results?

Every body is different. How quickly you start to see results depends on various factors including how closely you follow the Guidelines for Success. Like consistent exercise, the more body slimming treatments you do along with how closely you follow our program, the better your results will be. We will learn about your goals at your first appointment and make recommendations on the best program to get you there.


How much can I expect to lose?

On average, customers who do a minimum of 12 treatments lose between 3 and 7 inches of stubborn fat. Results vary. Your results may be better! During your Consultation, we will talk about your goals and expectations and make our recommendations on a customized program that’s best for you.


What parts of the body can I focus on?

Our customers benefit from our ability to focus on a targeted area of the body during Treatments. We can focus on your hips, waist, love handles, thighs, or arms.


What happens to the fat?

During treatments, fat and toxins are released from your fat cells and leave the body in 4 primary ways:

As you burn calories (that’s why exercise is important)
Through perspiration (that’s why exercise and drinking lots of water is important)
Through urination (that’s why drinking lots of water is important)
Through regular bowel movements (that’s why exercise, drinking lots of water, and eating high fiber/low fat foods is important)


How long is each appointment?

For your convenience your first appointment is approximately 45 minutes because it includes a Consultation. Your next appointments are only 30 minutes.


What should I wear to my appointments?

Comfortable active wear and athletic shoes.


How frequently are appointments scheduled?

Appointments are done three times a week. Most appointments are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.


What is the Guidelines for Success and why do I need to follow it?

The Guidelines for Success is an easy-to-follow guide of do’s and don’ts to help you on your path of weight loss and improved wellness. Closely following the Guidelines for Success helps ensure proper release of fat and toxins from the fat cells and elimination from your body. If the fat and toxins released during a treatment do not leave your body, they will be reabsorbed and you will not achieve your desired results.
